Misunderstood

In the context of life, in my own opinion, we should try to please everybody.
As a matter of fact, we shouldn't conform to the norm.
why?
I just want to state that even though we co-exist with other mammals (hahaha), we don't need to be friends with them, nor have a close-knit relationship to their satisfaction.
I don't know why people are so bothered with positions and for you being strict and getting your job done.
People don't seem to see the other side of people, get to know and try to understand them than throwing negative criticisms.
I have a couple of colleagues who have judged one of my bosses negatively, but upon knowing the person, that person is not really bad, just misunderstood.
We can be professional as possible as we can and set aside differences so that in case, there would be at least some kind of harmonious professional relationship than you can nurture.
I'm still sleep while writing this article but, the point is, instead of having others conforming to your standards, better try to understand them. Be more conscious of the reasons why a person does such thing.
There is nothing wrong with their Attitude towards you, but there is something wrong with your comprehension towards their personality.
We need not to please nor try others to please us, lets just try to understand and don't let others to be Misunderstood.
